What roles can i apply with SAP consulting 5 YOE
Joined SAP right out of college. Been here for 5 years in consulting(support). Non transferable skills, very less pay, stuck in a sinking ship. Team is becoming toxic. I am loosing interest in working here day by day. Looking for advice on how to switch careers at this point. Ready to spend some time and learn Suggestions on companies, roles, how to prepare, etc appreciated. TC-110k YOE- 5 #tech #career
Skills are transferable. Think of non tangibles like customer service, engagement and communication. When I think SAP I think of other companies that have similar roles like Salesforce. You can spin your job as a “solution engineer” or “product advocate” or something along those lines
I assure you, no meaningful skills are transferable form SAP even if you’re a software engineer. Besides, in 5 years OP couldn’t gather that “very less” is not a valid English expression, so not much hope there. Double besides, titles are verified during background check and discrepancies are flagged.
