1] What is broken about your companies referral program today? Maybe lack of incentive, no structured system, etc? 2] What is the current referral process you guys have in place today? Simply forward a resume to HR via email?
I referred four people, only one of them even got a call with a recruiter. IMO a referral should be an automatic call. I'm not going to talk you up to me friends and get them excited to work there if you're not even going to give them a shot
Fair enough. You think it’s fair if employees get a ranking on quality of candidates they refer? (Ex. Not just a friend) How did you refer them? Just an email that might have got lost??
