Why is it soo low despite of working 10-12 hours everyday. Received email from comp team on this year's target incentive (projected) which is 40-60%. feeling low after seeing the numbers despite the efforts that we are putting at work. #walmart #comp

Share holder take more risk. Their investment can deteriorate to 50 percent in few hours . That’s the reason first cut of profits goes to them. Then executive and after that employees and others .
This is till Q2...after Q3 numbers, this increased to 60-80%, I guess, will have to wait for Q4 for this to hopefully go up due to holiday sales..
What's 60-80% ? Is it the company bonus multiplier?
