Tailor the resume to the relevant job always. The difference between developer/engineer is a grey area and debatable. It is also better to remove junior/senior unless it adds value as even this is a grey area apparently. Let them decide what level they want to bring you in. Titles are next to meaningless until you have established yourself in the industry!
