What to choose?
Hi guys, Currently at Affirm, not satisfied with TC due to stock tanking. Only received one offer from SoFi for staff SWE at this moment. Not getting many interviews unfortunately. But not feeling good after seeing the negative posts and reviews for SoFi and concern about job security in current market. So, should I join SoFi or stay at Affirm to keep interviewing? SoFi offer looks decent. Affirm unlikely to reach their previous heights. You could boomerang if you like Affirm better. YoE? And what’s the base out of $360k?
