I joined MS as SSE L63 in May 2022. And just before the last connect I took a 12 weeks paternity leave. That connect feedback was Okish and I got like 12% bonus in the rewards cycle. After 6 months I got a LITE in this connect. The feedback is mostly around me working remote and communication gaps. I am not sure what should I expect going forward? How much time do I have or can I recover from this? What are the chances that I would be able to able to keep my job? I am on H1B and have a 2 year old kid who needs some special attention at times. Also, my marriage is not going through a good phase but that is mostly because of the stress we have in our lives. Please advise!!! Yoe: 6yrs Tc: 270K

Same brother, and I felt that it was unjustified. Got 80% -> try harded the next Q -> got lite (idk what to tell you) Following
level and role?
My advice is prep and bail. They won't let you change teams now. Ms is more ruthless these days. The approach to stay and turn the ship is risky but not impossible. It depends on what relationship you have with your manager. If your manager thinks you can turn it around, you can work towards that, but that implicitly means you trust your manager fully. Without knowing these dynamics, my advice would be to bail.

1 vs 5 Million - no lifestyle change
FMLA time. You got 80 rewards which is slighly below expectations. Now, you have lower impact than expected mid year. At the end of the year it will be a struggle to get 100. FMLA
Do you know how much time do I have … would I be able to make it to next connect?
I am not sure. Seen terminations as soon as 3 months, other take 6 months. It used to 2 connects ie 1 year but those days are gone.
