What to expect from a Uber phone interview?

I haven’t interviewed in over 2 years and I have scheduled phone interview with the recruiter this Friday for a position in ops non managerial role. What kind of questions is expected? How difficult is the screening process? How difficult are the interviews in general? How do you guys prepare?
