What women must do to increase the number of women workforce ?

Every one work .
Fire more men. Make men suffer. Make them cry. Lower men's wage. Ban 401K for men. Put them in jail. Bring political agenda on women sufferage from 100 years ago. Be an SJW. Organize campaigns against men. Kill male child. Poison all men. Send them to mars.
What the hell . From where u got so much hatred anger against women
Why is it something that must be done? My wife is very successful at work and on the fast track.... But she really just wants to stay at home and raise kids for a few years. That means there will never truly be 50/50 balance.... And that should be ok.
That is ok .but not everyone like to raise kids and be a family lady .i m single and work hard and smart .but I sincerely feel there should be more women in tech .
Your feelings are irrelevant. If women are choosing to not be in tech/be a stay at home mom, that is their decision to make.
These are the things I’ve done: Help other women get raises and hire other women.
Because when only 50% of the population is involved in building a product, you end up with a product that does a piss poor job of serving 50% of the population.
Why is this sudden urge? Is something not working well for you in the current environment? And if yes, are you sure it's the gender ratio that's being an issue?

Volunteer! Because of cultural norms, women think they must be a certain way to be in tech. Break that norm and volunteer your tech skills. Show other women and girls that they can do tech while being girly (or not). Being a role model is a huge push. Good luck!
Unless there is 50 percent reserved spots for women, we will never get those positions. Most managers are male in tech companies and they are biased.
You assume male manager don't promote women, that's bias right there...
Good luck filling those jobs with less than 20% of the tech grads being women. Maybe encourage more women to get into computer science?
