Re-org. New manager has new mandate. Asked everyone to chip in WHILE not giving up current responsibilities. I am icon to my owner project. Loads of priority stuff. But new manager overlooks, if not blatantly ignore my project. I’d like to keep working on my project. But team’s interest clearly diverge. Recommendations?
Either align to his priority or move to another team. No point working on something your manager is not bought into.
