How’s the future of the company. I’m interviewing for infrastructure team and seems no wlb based on call with the hiring team.
Future doesn't look terrible but it is about as risky as any crypto company. If we survive the next year, I'm pretty optimistic but regulators can really demand anything at any moment which can and will affect our bottom line. The is the ever present risk right now. Infra Team - i can't much about WLB. I would trust your gut though, as usually interviewers undersell work involved. We are geographically distributed enough where on call should really only be during standard working hours with occasional weekends, but that will depend on your team. Feel free to DM me. There are plenty of good teams but we are big enough where of course there is some bad.
Which team and role are you applying to? There are big differences depending where you end up. There has been a culture shift for the worse in the last year. I would say that it is a mixed bag at the moment. It will also depend on what you are looking for.
