I only read the domestic relo package which seems to be 12.5k USD. Does anyone know what the package is for international candidates who are moving into the US? Tagging Jet because it's for NJ

Why I Find Free Palestine Inspiring
Walmart has two tiers for international relocation if you qualify; they are not a pure dollar figure value but cover different levels of your relocation expenses based on your pay level. There's really no way to tell you what it covers without sending you the handbook - I recommend asking your recruiter whether this position qualifies for relocation and what tier would be offered in that case. They should be able to provide you with the relevant relocation handbook so that you can consider it when you discuss pay needs.
Unfortunately my recruiter doesn't know. He just says it's a complicated thing and another team is looking after. I am basically interested to know whether the pure cash amount that I receive is the same or greater than the domestic. Otherwise I'll get domestic one
Depending on the relocation tier you're offered, the cash value could be anywhere from $30k-$150k, but that varies heavily on what you need moved (they give you a small cash advance amount, equal to like 1 months salary, but most of the other value comes from home sale assistance, moving assistance, flights, etc so as your recruiter said, it's complicated). The $12.5k you found is probably in reference to a college hire, WM doesn't offer lump sums in almost any normal hiring case, tho they can give you a larger signing bonus instead if the relocation won't be worthwhile for you. Relocation is offered based on the job level and where the candidate is moving from, so you would not be able to choose the domestic relocation policy over the international unless you had a domestic address, and then all of the value would come from them moving your personal items from that address, so that wouldn't help you. The long and short of it is you will be comfortably relocated.
