False. For someone with no faang you take it in a heartbeat and try your best. When shit hits the fan or things go negative for you no matter what happens accept that it may and leave it like that don’t be upset if you get dev planned or whatever just do ur best and you won’t regret it

No. You can’t up level by negotiating only can get a higher salary within the level
What’s the top of the line for SDE1? And how long does it take to go from 1->2 within amazon. Further, if one declines the offer do they have to reinterview for SDE2 again in 6 months entirely?
I think around 170-180 is top band. Assuming Seattle Promo will take 1.5-2.5 years
