What's average Sr. PM salary at Facebook Menlo Park vs Seattle ?
Expecting an offer from Facebook Generalist PM role with potential team match in Menlo Park and Seattle. What to expect from base salary , RSU and sign on bonus between these location?
Unlike Microsoft, Facebook pays exactly the same amount for the same level in Seattle as we pay in MPK.
Same as Microsoft in fact, with the exception of base salary. I would find it hard to believe Facebook pays same base salary in Seattle as well, given state income tax.
Hard for you to believe or not, that is the case. Additionally, one of the videoconference rooms in SEA is called 'What state income tax?' so you can use that for your meeting with the MPK folks for extra LOLz.

there is nothing there for PM ..
10-15% difference. Seattle is better deal given much lower cost of living.
