My company has a subscription associated with our apps. Previously, users who changed their mind/accidentally purchased with in a few days could get refunds from Apple, but recently, a lot of them have been turned down, and we don't know why. Does anyone know? Or does anyone know who we can ask why these users are being refused? They're just told their ineligible.
