They had some layoffs last year, didn't hear much since Stressful, low volume or pay or building new things for the future?

Here at Binance, they've laid off around 30%, and it's still continuing. They cut all of our benefits, and the overall mood is really bad.

At Kraken. There's nothing special. We've been through similar in the past. Not stressful. Layoffs sucked. Management doesn't seem to know what they want. Pretty typical stuff that you will find at any company of a certain size.
