What's it like working in sales at airbnb?
I am curious to hear from those who have worked at multiple companies and comparatively what did you find to be fulfilling about Airbnb, what was particularly challenging in an exciting way and what was more of a drag?

sales is a fairly new function here and a lot of things are still being worked out. is this for a market manager position?
Not so much no. I've done some research on that role. But I'm more so curious about what it's like to be a salesperson at Airbnb at this time. What's the sentiment around what's being prioritized and what's the sale like? Is there account management? How do goals feel? Attainable? Is everything so new that ambiguity can tend to be a distraction? What's the energy like? What is the support like?
