I don’t work a Turo but as a csm the typical process I have seen is 4-5 interviews. -Screening: very basic questions about your experience and why you’re looking for a new role -Senior manager/ hiring manager interview : situational and behavioral questions , typically best answered using the STAR format -Director interview- similar to the Sr. Manager interview -Panel interview/Presentation: usually presenting about a customer scenario or doing a mock onboarding or QBR presentation for a client I know this isn’t Turo specific but still wanted to help in case you didn’t get a Turo CSM to reply
Thanks for the reply. She’s made it to the next stage, however this is a take home case study. Do you have familiarity with answering case studies? It pretty much asks: assume you have X clients, how would you maximize X, how about Y, and Z? What are some things you would focus on in when considering growth potential? Provide a small explanation for each. Is this to be responded back in the email? How long does this need to be?
What types of questions should my wife expect? She’s currently scheduled to interview for an associate CSM role. What sorts of questions should she expect? How many rounds? What sort of offer should she expect? She would need to relocate to AZ.
