Interviewed with Flexport recently and got an offer, the number wasn't very exciting but the stock potential is huge. So am still considering. Is there anyone would like to share the return to office policy in Flexport? Really hate commute! If I have to go to office everyday, this might be a major deal breaker. YOE 7 TC 350K #flexport
Whats the stock price??
Current valuation is 10/share, about 5 billion.
Tempting
I interviewed with them (didn't progress) but they said they are planning for a hybrid model with atleast three days in the office
Affirm is 100% remote just saying OP
From what I've heard about the hours there, they'll prob go with a hybrid model: You can WFH Saturday and Sunday. Then randomly select 5 days from Monday-Friday where you have to be in the office
Flexport is a house of cards. Highly recommend staying at Google or taking another offer
Mind to share more?
What offer did you get OP?
About 320k, based on 10/share valuation
Are you okay with pay cut? Whats a base of the flexport and yours TC's.
Hey I recently accepted the offer from Flexport, if you want we can talk over dm?
3 days WFH, 2 days in the office
👆
Hey, do you work at Flexport? If so can we DM, please?
Why not ask your recruiter their return to office plan?
Because recruiter really want me to accept the offer, so I'd like to hear what Engineers say
Fair enough
