Bad culture , maybe depends on the team , heard it can go both ways and very team dependent. I have heard both kind of stories from people working there . So can’t be generalized . It’s not as crazy as Amazon , but not as chilled out as google or LinkedIn as well . Definitely an intense place and not rest and vest. Zero upside ? definitely not accurate as the upside is limited but not 0 it gets limited to an year. Chime is a good place too
