Clearcover in CA has good rates

geico has the best rates
We bought everything, including umbrella and earthquake through State Farm. They have no excuses to point fingers and have handled our claims well. Best for us was least hassle, it wasn’t worth our time to shop for lowball rates that would put claim work on us.
Check with COSTCO if you are a member. In some states, they offer insurance. Their rate and service are very competitive.
Shop everything. Doesn't affect your credit score only soft check. It's like how you negotiate offers after interview. Ask one company to beat another's offer. Chances are they will say, well I can apply discounts for you and see... Agents have targets for customer acquisition so they usually give better rates than online..atleast where I live in DC
Metromile
