Free books, gym and financial software goes really far. The best perks aren't the monetary ones. They're ones where the company gives you stuff that you wouldn't have thought of yourself, to take the mental load off. The best I've ever heard of was one of my teacher friends, they send a care package to all new parents.

WTF! This is where it’s at lol
Um…. Not much. Discounts on cars and bikes is nice. I pay 3% under invoice on pretty much every car and motorcycle on the market. That’s pretty nice.
For purchasing or rentals?
Purchase. We sell maps to every car company so I get great discounts. In the last 17 months I’ve purchase BMW, VW, and RAM vehicles for a nice discount.
Gym
$300/mo for groceries and $200/mo for wellness which include exercise equipment. I bought a SkiErg last year. Also an essentially unlimited book budget

Getting a lot of fake friends for that 15% discount.
