What’s the fb policy about interviewing at multiple teams?

I had an onsite interview with one team , however they seem to have headcount issues and trying to get a req since last 3 weeks. So I am put on hold, but the recruiter keeps telling me that I am on the top of their mind, another recruiter form a different team reached out to me and I want to explore opportunities in that team as well. Is it wrong to go ahead with the new team?
