What’s the incentive to stay at amazon after completing 4 years?
Stock has been steady around 1700 . Given the stock growth is stagnant I can see my total compensation drastically reducing after all stocks are vested. If I stay at Amazon how do I retain the total compensation ? If I decide to leave amazon, I would like to join a company with better WLB. What are my options ? Current TC 250K

I am a QA at Amazon. Have been automating a lot. Cracking software engineer interview at google , FB is very difficult but cracking a QA role at google seems to be possible . Should I try for an SDET role somewhere else or try for a QA role at google considering good WLB at google?
