Blind is an antisemitic cesspool
I may have an onsite with Box. What should I expect and how should I prepare?
What position are you applying for (frontend/backend/Dev ops)? Usually their on-site process is tailored towards the position. If and when they schedule you for the on-site, the recruiter should walk you through the process including what to expect during each interview. Good luck!
The position is listed as "generalist" in the posting. Though I'll probably end up doing mostly backend work as that's what I most experienced in. There's a recruiting agency acting as a middle man that will do the scheduling for me
Tough luck then. Unless they have changed things in the past year, you should expect - 1) A design round - design OpenTable/Box etc. 2) A culture fit round where the hiring manager will deep dive in to a particular project. 3) A hands on programming exercise where you are asked to build a small tool/application on a computer (2hrs) 4) A lunch interview 5) Technical round with algo/ds
