What's the outside opportunity for ML Data Associate in Alexa Data Services India with 2+ years of experience?

Hi fellow Amazonian, I've been working with ADS India for 2+ years as ML Data Associate, L2. I'm looking for other opportunities out of Amazon but now sure what can I do with this experience. I'm looking for career advice and if any referrals I'll be super grateful.
