How much you think companies will suggest to the person with perspective for automation, just not experience with it?
TC would be pretty low for manual only QA. Sr QA you're lucky for 100k. 6 months experience your basically an admin. Maybe 50-80k.
If you're lucky to get a job.... Honestly I wouldn't hire QA that can't code (regardless of yoe) unless it was some specific product that requires some intense integration testing or needs it for some regulations.
Manual qa tester, with a perspective for automation, just not experience with it- I would recommend you learn to do some automation “in reality”.
