Whats the secret sauce that companies like Apple Roblox never lay off?
While many companies already had second round of layoff, and many had first round, companies like Apple and Roblox never do any layoff, Pinterest only laid off a couple hundreds of recruiters Stock wise, Roblox and Pinterest are no different from other tech stocks.

Apple did not have a huge growth in the recent past. No technological breakthrough. So they never hired much. Also, they hired only top talent with a very high bar and used a lot of consultants who never count.
You hit the nail on the head. Apple couldn’t have picked a better time for all their products to stagnate. There was no reason to exponentially scale their hiring like most other tech companies.
That’s not true. Launched M1/M2 chips that blow current benchmarks completely out the door. And are launching new AR/MR headsets that is likely to sell best in their categories. The M1/M2 is really a huge breakthrough for running ML models on device.
Not over hiring in the first place
