Don't do it. If it's HW Arch maybe, everything else you will miss Apple
Its very easy to get promoted in Qualcomm. The overall skill level is much lower than MMAANG. I worked there for 5 years and quickly got promoted without any blocks with bare minimum effort.
Not my experience at Q. Were you in a core team ? BTW many promotions are Q are shams . Some teams get like a meagre increase in TC while promoted . No point in that.
Can you provide yoe and breakdown of TC? I am guessing it’s a Principal Eng role
