What's up with Github?

Every time I apply, I get an automated email with a reject. I feel like my profile fits well with the job description and yet I don't even get the initial phone call. How do I get the attention of a Github recruiter? I've heard that Github doesn't do internal referrals either. So how does one go about getting an interview from them?

I applied a couple weeks ago to two positions. Got a rejection email for one within a few days and for the other one an email from the recruiter to schedule a meeting. So they are definitely looking.
