I’m talking to a recruiter at intuit, and as i go into salary negotiations, i would like to have some more info.
Joining Intuit 😂
Avoid if u have other offers Not a pleasant place to join
Can you please elaborate! Or share your experience!
Amazon culture….with less pay and subpar talent
Join at your own peril
Levels.fyi is accurate regarding base. Crazy high TCs are incorrect because ppl might have mistaken total grant for 4 years vs grant/ year. Pleasant or not is team-dependent and varies even within team across different projects
it could be they are counting their stacking grants. Stacking refreshers can add up quick.
I’d avoid CG right now. It’s in a very chaotic state.
You mean joining Intuit?
Why? Is it bc turbotax underperformed?
They are taking an ambitious path. Best time to join. There will be some churn but that’s when careers get made
Levels.fyi doesn’t have good data for analysts
IMO, i think it’s about the right range. Obviously, equity is the big outlier here especially with annual refreshers.
If you don’t mind then can you tell me range for SBDA in MTV, specifically SBSEG
Yes I agree it's a worst place to join at present
Can you share more info on what role and level? Typically levels.fyi is accurate enough for negotiations
