Argument is rich people make their wealth from real estate and houses have tax benefits etc. However , I personally like the cash-flow to be liquid and flexible . Curious about your thoughts
The main benefit from real estate is the easy access to a leveraged investment. Houses have basically just gone up in the past so this was a great deal. Now, you might have leveraged loss from a house.
True. Your kids can’t wait for the school to get better but the good school districts are overpriced. Will you live in a bad neighborhood and send your kids to a bad school to make money off real estate though.
Is the 1% weekly even possible? That’s Ike 48% per year… sounds too good to be true
Sometimes, you lose 10%+ in a week. I still realized $50k from wheeling this year though.
Yeah if you’re a pro you can make 1-3% per day
Aim higher. 2% per day by selling options to degens
As in sell calls? How do you do daily
Can you link?
Rich makes their money from leverage and capital gain. Middle class make their money from housing and dividends.
Say more please. Esp how the rich use leverage and capital gains, are we talking about investments? Middle class for housing are you talking about equity in their primary home?
Berkshire recently issued like 1% interest rate bond in Japan to buy stocks of Japanese trading companies that yield 5% returns. Typical Japanese can’t do that. This is like free 4% money. Zuckerberg was able to get a 1% mortgage around 2012 or so, we can’t get that. I can list more examples from others like from Bain Capital. You get my point.
