At my current job, my learning has slowed down and my manager isn't particular invested in helping me grow. Yet, there are still things to be learned and I'm not 100% ready to leave yet. However, I feel that if I wait until I'm absolutely tired of the current job to start looking, the stakes might be too high. Any advice on the best timing to look for new opportunities? Thanks!
Always be ready. You never know when the recruiter will hit you on a shitty day at work
Recruiters are always hitting me, good days and bad so itâs all about timing
im in the same boat. Iâve been talking and interviewing 6-7 months. Itâs not easy finding a good team if youâre some what happy where you are. Take time. Be picky. Makes the process easier too
start leetcoding
Does 150 in ascending order good to start interviewing
What's the point of leetcode?
As soon as I get a new job pretty much.
Do you even leetcode bro!? Should be leetcoding 10 sets a day before you even start looking Raaaawr!

Half of Google employees and prolly also Apple Amazon Meta donât do any workâŚ
Start having early conversations 3-6 months before you want to leave.
