When does MSFT inform about H1b outcomes?
Itโs my 3rd attempt, first time while working with Microsoft. I am on STEM OPT. Hope I can get lucky this year. #workvisa #h1b

From India I am assuming? I'd think they would start you on PERM immediately otherwise
How would perm help without h1? Especially if one is on F1
We also use Fragomen and they informed us on April 1st last year

HR tells you as soon as they hear back. If you get selected, that usually means April/May. If you donโt hear until July, that usually means youโre not selected. In case of a rejection, it takes that much time not because HR holds it that long, but because USCIS returns rejected applications that late.
MSFT immigration is outsourced to Indian. And you cannot check your status directly. That means it is very slow and low efficient, I remember last year some guys got select result in mid April
