How is the current work from home policy at Intel? When are the employees expected to return back to office? Planning to start my job at Intel next Monday, recruiter hasn't mentioned around what time do I need to return back to office or relocate to the location. Also, what does a typical relocation package include?

Work from home forever
I wish. Unfortunately, I don't think that's the case with Intel 🤦🏻♀️
Hybrid with no fixed office days is work from home forever
Since I am not yet at Intel, I don't have the exact text. Could you maybe share the text from the policy? Also, even though they say hybrid with wfh forever, won't I be forced to move to Hillsboro? (Because it's "hybrid")
I don’t think you’ll be forced to move to hillsboro as long as you can show up at work on a 24hr notice.
Can you please dm me to share details about your offer , since recently I have been given two offers from intel bay area.
Can you share your offer.
@kantabai: can you breakdown your TC?
Hybrid is 3 days a week minimum
No it’s not. It’s group and job function dependent.
Yes it is. Atleast in CQN.
Some groups are doing 2 days in office, some are doing 3
Starting when?
September
Any Groups not doing hybrid at all?
CESG guys, did you hear anything about the hybrid model and around what time you're expect to return to the office?
Not clear on new date. Santa Clara went back to phase 1. So WFH for now.
Sept at earliest.
I was stunned to see that WFH would be through September 1st in that email. I always thought we could WFH rest of year :(
You can get through end of year if you want to work from home for “personal or health reasons”
