When to jump for higher TC/OTE?
Tech AE’s, Currently in SMB doing well, but poor internal processes have only 6-10% of the overall org hitting quota. Fortunate I’ve been doing pretty well this year. That said most people are not hitting quota. Been here for 1 year full cycle — should I start to consider jumping for higher TC? I believe I can can earn a good chunk more but worry of jumping too soon. do you like your manager? is there room for you to get promoted quicker? is the company going in the right direction? who cares if others arent hitting quota if you have it figured...money is great but theres lots of other variables as well
