When to start looking at jumping

I’m a product manager at ATT for about 6 months with 2 YoE as a PM and other 2 as a data scientist. I’m honestly happy with my current job (good wlb and nice culture) but I’m not happy with my TC. Considering my tenure at T and my total yoe, when should I start applying to other companies?
