Where can I learn and grow more and fast still negotiating TC, but looks like MSFT is giving little more 1. Microsoft ( Identity team), L 63 2. Amazon (Customer Experience team), L5
Msft 63 is bottom of amzn L6
Yea got it . Thanks
So Amazon you can grow more, since you're starting lower :p
How many YOE?
Yoe is 13. Downleveled, but my most experience is with cognizant infosys etc
msft has individual offices. win!
That's not true for all teams.
o sht.
I'd say it depends on what kind of growth you're looking for. Amazon has a ton of home grown tools that won't transfer one to one outside of Amazon. There are some teams that lean a bit more industry standard but if you get on a team that is stuck in home grown hell then career growth might be less at Amazon. If you want to get better at politics, belittling people, and taking credit for others work to get a promotion, Amazon is a great growth opportunity.

I do think that some things about Amazon do encourage poor culture. Frugality as an LP is abused in my view, for example. But overall I think the view of Amazon on Blind is biased by the vocal people on bad teams and the meming
