Where should I interview?

Hi all, I’m newish to Blind. I need a career upgrade and I’m considering taking several interviews at once because of the general advice on Blind that to get the best offers you need competing offers. I want something “FAANG”-ish :) (full stack preferably, I have a strong resume in both BE and FE). Where should I interview? I have calls scheduled with recruiters from FB and Blend (recent IPO which Id never heard of). Blend rec said for my exp, theyd be able to meet my requirements which I asked for, 215 base and at least 1m RSU/4 years or equivalent. Google 5y Apple 4y, total YOE 17y TC 415 last year, 315 next year (4y cliff 😭) Edit: I’ve been at “common” L5 (Google Senior Eng) for about 7y and will push for L6 (Staff level) during interviews/negotiations. #tech #interview
