Where to buy restaurant style paper tissues/napkins?
Our kitchen paper towel usage is off the charts. Is there a way to buy low quality tissues you find in restaurants or Starbucks for cheaper costs ? I tried places that says "where restaurant shops" but you need membership to buy things from there... Any suggestions where to buy low quality tissues/ paper towels?

IIRC walmart had some cheap ones. And ikea ‘storatare’, $1.99 for 250 large ones, but I don’t see them around anymore. Apparently not in stock in the US
