Put in a few years at Blizzard after graduating. Wondering what the best next step is beyond this point and where to go. Should I look within other gaming companies that pay well? Or should I be looking to try out a big tech company to advance my career? If so, what would the best way to go about doing that be? Any advice, tips, thoughts, opinions would help! Thank you!

Many people I know in gaming went on to FAANG in the last couple years. They all seem overwhelmingly happy with the switch.
I'm desperately trying to go back

Move to a tech company if you can for TC
If TC is the goal make serious plans to jungle gym across global tech companies every 2-4 years (longer if you can get training opportunities out of it, shorter if you stay with gaming and be sure to only jump for title increases)
