Where would you prefer to live?
If you had the choice, where would you prefer to live: Miami area or San Francisco Bay? (with California salary)
Pretty much any place is better than San Francisco city nowadays. There are some nice areas here and there but that’s it.

Miami has no nature but the beach. Bay Area has any activity you can imagine.
Except for dating attractive women.
I really like the Seattle area. Well, except for dirty Seattle itself.
What about the rain?
The rain is great. Rain forests are beautiful.
Miami is nonsense theres better cities. In Miami you’ll have regular joes dressed nicely and driving fancy cars while in SF you get the billionaires in flipflops and hoodies walking down market street
Miami is like LA, but with humidity. If you are into hot weather and urban sprawl, it’s doable. I prefer living in SF and visiting in the spring or fall. There was overbuilding of condos, so don’t expect one to appreciate much.
Miami is nothing like LA. First of all, it’s primarily Hispanic. You have to learn Spanish if you want to live there
That’s overstating it a bit. Spanish is nice to have in Miami, but it’s not like French I’m Montreal... and people even live in Montreal without French.
The only good thing in Miami is the art scene. And you can get that just by going to Art Basel next week. Too hot and too fake. Also most people only speak Spanish.
Yes, the “too fake” is scaring me a little bit.
