Which FAANG company has the best perks?
Specifically wondering Google vs Facebook - which has better perks and why? What are some of the perks you know of at each company?

This. I get to travel and work and not take vacation, while visiting cities I haven't been in. You could do that at Amazon, but then you lose all the other perks.
Netflix is pretty decent. 1 yr paternity leave. Unlimited PTO. Free Uber to and from work. A website that you can order Netflix swag for free. Donation match. And above all, purchase and reimburse anything for work purpose yourself, no approval needed. You are treated as an adult that does the right thing.
But then get fired the second you mess up?

Apple. They offer quiet workspace. Cubes and offices in some teams. Followed by netflix. Open plan but people keep it professional. The rest are like a jungle.
