Seems like Microsoft expects you to drive your own career, manager isn't that interested.. So culture wise which company demands the most from you and also rewards you equally with lots of money and quick promotions?

Big tech is not for career progression, but amongst those options I'd say Meta or Amazon (if you can survive toxicity).
Big Tech is predictable. There is little to no fast track possibilities but the rhythm will get you promotions over time. Startups weigh much more towards merit than time. However, expect to be dissatisfied unless you really have strong initiative and deliver differentiating value.
Your own company. You will be promoted to CEO in O(1) time complexity

None. Big tech has awful career progression, it basically doesn’t exist anymore. Try getting into finance if you don’t wanna get stuck making 250k forever
I appreciate your perspective, thank you! You referring specifically to Fintech or Pure finance? Or something else? Sorry for dumb Q 😅
Either is way better than tech, this industry is awful
