Which builders are good in Bay Area?
Title says it all. Any thoughts about the best and worst builders in bay area? Could you help me with some ranking? Eg.. Pulte Homes < KB Homes

Don't know about the bay area but you generally don't pick builders based on their brand as they subcontract their work and it could be anyone on any quality. The only satisfaction you get is they might do a final qc on subcontractor work.

Thanks, I asked just because I’ve noticed Indians are way more likely to want new construction. Is there a cultural reason for that?
