Moved to seattle right before COVID and the city seems to only attract / accommodate people with families looking to settle down. It kinda sucks to always be the only / one of the few single people in social events where all the other people are couples with or without their kids and dogs. I hear NYC a lot but the reputation is the gender ratio there is not in women’s favor… Race: Asian Gender: F
Maybe you live in the wrong neighborhood or are hanging out at the wrong bars/restaurants? If I were single in my 20s and could find a good job I would move to west LA, Manhattan/Brooklyn, or maybe Austin if you like mid-size cities.

NYC is good for men not women. SF/Seattle have better dating ratio for women.
Chicago! Shit weather, warm bars and enough gang activity to keep property relatively cheap
Have you lived there or did you watch Fox News? lol
I watch Fox News for the facts, just the facts.
All my friends who moved to San Fran/ Seattle after college have moved out 2 years later.Nyc, la and Chicago
Also an Asian woman. Is it any better in DC? I need to relocate there for my new job.
If you are talking about finding a partner NYC is good for men not women
Seattle and SF imo. These cities are male heavy and you'll have less competition. NYC is better for men, LA you better be very attractive

Plenty of singles in Seattle! Are you going out to the right places? Seattle freeze can be real at times tho Source: Ive been out in town in Seattle with my single friends and met singles at bars/clubs/restaurants
Make sure to be in the hopping parts of town, not the suburb parts
Since COVID I haven’t really been to any bar or club or socialized closely with strangers. I also noticed that there are lots of ppl into mountain biking/climbing/board games here which I am not particularly good at or interested in >.<…oh and seattle is very white so not sure if being Asian puts me at a slight disadvantage lol. Which are your favorite places in town?
The answer doesn’t change, lol. NYC
Yup, anywhere that's a horrible place to raise a child basically lol
That’s a reach. New York is an amazing place to raise a child, just not Manhattan. I say this as people on Blind think all of NY State == NYC
