Which companies are the most easy and most difficult to get visa sponsorship?
I’m guessing that the FANG companies make it easier for visa sponsorship. Is it just as easy to get sponsorship through companies such as Pinterest and Lyft? What about pre-IPO companies that have less than 1k employees? Equally easy across all or not?

Good companies with good TC = easy to get visa sponsorship. Shitty consulting companies with shitty TC = difficult to get visa sponsorship.
what about startups? I am keen to join startups but don't yet have my H1B yet. Will those companies sponsor H1B and support my green card application afterwards?

H1B- pinterest and lyft have no issues They don't seem to have issues filing for a green card either, but Facebook does it pretty much as soon as you join your team
