Which companies offer highest TCs for Android eng
Working in YouTube Android team for last 4 years. L4 (L5 is 1+ year far) TC: 320k Total Yoe: 7 years Would like to switch companies in next couple of months. What companies offer the best TC for engs with Android expertise? From my knowledge, fb (~380k, T5), Snap (~400k), Pinterest (~400k), Netflix (350-450) are the ones I should aim for. Are there other companies I should be applying at?

Square pays 300k at Fb E5 equivalent, which is way too low.
bytedance and linkedin, at least according to their recruiters.
Uber, Lyft, Airbnb all can get to 400K

Is staff possible at LinkedIn? Also what's the tc range for staff external hire ? Levels.fyi doesn't have that data
