Obviously comp is dependent on several factors but let's assume for mid-level (5+ yoe) onwards. For both Bay Area tech and remote tech jobs.
From what I know, Google pays higher than Amazon for sure. And it is likely one of the top paying companies for Finance.
Hope you’ll be ok today. To answer your question though Google would appear to match your level. AMZN would come close at L6 People manager. You’re looking at $180k to $190 for L6 IC in HCOL.
Definitely google. Was quoted $190-$225k in tc
Coinbase $190K base salary with 7 YOE
How generous is equity offer at CB? Is there an annual bonus?
What level are you applying for? I’ve been applying for Finance Manager roles for a couple months and notice that tech and consulting firms offer the best comp/benefits. Government Contractors might be a little less but you’ll get far more stability. I’m at a startup (East Coast HCOL) SFA, 10 YOE, $155TC
Hi - I’m new on here so when you say TC, what are you including in that number? Is that just base salary plus bonus? Or is it more comprehensive and including fringe benefits? Thanks.
What’s your level and comp at meta? That will help guide feedback.
