Which companies pay top of range compensation like Google does?
I have 2 year 4 months of experience. I have interview requests from Google LinkedIn Twitter Uber and Lyft. I’m planning to take a week off in June to interview. My number 1 priority is compensation. Which companies offer top of range compensation. If possible I’d like to go swap LinkedIn and Twitter with other companies because I’m not very excited about social networking or media. I’m not really sold on the ride hailing eventually becoming profitable either so I’m willing to swap out Uber and Lyft. My question is which other companies offer TC that is competitive with Google and it’s peer companies?
Netflix
Facebook. More than Google in fact.
Netflix, sometimes Amazon. But that's really only at the 2 year 5 month mark.

Who said Google pays top of the range?
Google's pay is actually not that great. Most people with high TC got there because of the stock growth, and now that the growth has stagnated, you will see many offers that look like lowballs.
Or multiple competitive offers
