I work in US and want to go back to my home country. This BLM hysteria is just going to get worse when Dems win in November. My company allows WFH in another state but not another country. Are there good companies that allow working from overseas permenantly?
What visa restrictions? I am citizen of my home country
How does âBLM hysteriaâ even affect you negatively day by day? Can you ignore it?
It effects everyone. My friend couldn't attend his grandfather's funeral because of the pandemic. But marching for BLM? Sure! Let's abandon quarantine and spread the virus.
Hmmm...
Please feel free to go oversees if you think the problem with this country is Democrats lol.
BLM should actually get better when Dems win in November, there will be more government action then rather than tear gassing citizens. Consider that.
There will be no one to stand up the mob - they want to defund police
Well after all those nonsense killings police should definitely be defunded.
If it is just temporary, you donât have to do any paperwork. Just work US time from your country
I want to go back permenantly
it isn't basic..do some research: 1>If you want to work abroad permanently, you have to move payroll and be open about it. I get that you want to stay on the US payroll, maybe for immigration issues, or for tax if you do move payroll (you don't want that) and have a GC...congrats, you will now pay dual tax), maybe you go back to a lower cost bracket. 2>You can lie, and set the stage now. (work from a windowless space) but eventually, you might caught. 3>Immigration/re-entry will be a flag after a prolonged absence (not just the US, but also your homecountry) 4>Linkedin does this all the time, employees to go on the local payroll. My 2 cents, you should just move payroll or eject and start over at home. By holding on to a US based job you are basically screwing somebody else out of a position in the US. Not cool considering it's been a host country that has given you opportunity. Be grateful for the ride & experience and move on. Signed -an immigrant
Thanks for thoughts. I don't need to stay on US payroll. My country doesn't have good tech jobs so am looking to work for an overseas company. For example MSFT only does sales there.
Gotcha.. what country?
What is your immigration status. That is essential to answer your question
Just on a temporary work visa. I don't need to maintain status.
âBLM hysteriaâ. GTFO
So what would you call massive marches in every major city during a pandemic egged on by the media and Democratic party? "Racism a public health crisis?" WTF? These hypocrites are playing fiddle while Rome burns.

Not mine. The tax is too complicated they don't want to do it.
